In this workshop, you'll learn:
1
Three major mindset shifts
that can make all the difference when things go sideways with your kids.
2
A key element
to taking care of yourself when you go into a heated interaction with a child.
3
How to actually feel good
about the hardest moments with your children (yes, it’s possible!).
4
Real-life examples
of parents who have shifted their way of being with their children for the better.

Working with kids when their behavior goes off track is where the rubber meets the road for every parent.
It’s easy (ok, easier) to feel good about our parenting when things are flowing well with our kids. We can access our patience, remember that they’re still learning, and be open to the wacky ideas they come up with.
But when our kids start to melt down or lash out, our good ideas and intentions often evaporate on the spot. And, to make matters worse, some of what we were taught—either by our own parents or other well-meaning folks—actually makes these hard moments harder.
Join me to find out how you can bust through the commonly held myths about working with off-track kids, and start accessing the tools and mindset that can truly help.
This workshop is a must if...
- You’re exhausted by the endless cycle of breakdown and (patchy) repair that happens when your kids go off track
- You want to do things differently but just haven’t figured out how (yet!)
- You’re ready to learn how to help the tricky moments with your kids go more smoothly—and keep the love and support flowing between you and your children
A personal invitation from Caroline...
Supporting parents with their kids’ off-track behaviors is my passion.
Since the day my son became a toddler and began the first of his (many!) off-track behaviors, I’ve been dedicated to finding a way to be the parent I want to be with him—even when he was “driving me crazy.” And I’ve worked with hundreds of parents to help them do the same.
This workshop is the culmination of everything I’ve learned and experienced about how to stay available, helpful, and effective in parenting our kids when their behavior goes sideways.
If you’re committed to working differently with your kids and feel excited to consider some fresh ideas, I can’t wait to help you get there—as the parent you want to be.
See you there!
Warmly,
